Why I Combine Acupuncture with Yin Yang Therapy

Many people know acupuncture as a treatment for the physical body — helping with pain, circulation, muscles, nerves, and supporting the body’s natural healing process.
But in Traditional Chinese Medicine, we have always understood human beings as more than just a physical body.
We are made up of many different layers:
✨ Physical body
✨ Emotional body
✨ Mental body
✨ Energetic body
Very often, what we experience physically is only the final expression of something that has been building for a long time.
Before pain, tension, fatigue, anxiety, digestive issues, or other symptoms appear in the physical body, there may already have been deeper imbalances within us — in our stress patterns, emotions, thoughts, and energetic system.
This is why sometimes symptoms keep returning.
You may treat the painful area again and again…
You may relax the muscles…
You may temporarily improve the symptoms…
But after a while, the same pattern comes back.
Because sometimes the root is not only in the physical body.
🌿 This is why my treatment combines two ancient approaches: Acupuncture + Yin Yang Therapy
The first stage is acupuncture.
Acupuncture works with the physical body. Through carefully selected acupuncture points, we help the body return to a more balanced state — releasing tension, improving flow, calming the nervous system, and creating the right environment for healing.
Once the body begins to settle, we move into the second stage:
Yin Yang Therapy.
Yin Yang Therapy is a very ancient healing method from Traditional Chinese Medicine, passed down through generations.
Unlike acupuncture, which works through the physical body, Yin Yang Therapy works on a deeper energetic level.
During this stage, many patients describe entering a very peaceful state — somewhere between being awake and asleep.
They often tell me:
“I wasn’t sleeping… but I wasn’t awake either.”
“It felt like I was seeing beautiful swirling colors.”
“It felt so peaceful, I could stay here forever.”
As the mind becomes quiet and the body deeply relaxes, it allows us to work beyond the surface layer and support deeper energetic balance.
This is why I believe combining acupuncture and Yin Yang Therapy together can create such a powerful healing experience.
We are not only asking:
“How do we remove this symptom?”
We are gently exploring:
“Why did the body create this pattern in the first place?”
Because true healing is not about fighting the body.
It is about listening to it, understanding it, and helping it remember how to return to balance. 🌿
